As a Manager at Gorgias, you have a deep understanding and belief of Gorgias' mission and your team's mission. You are able to share it with anyone inside and outside the company.

You also have a good vision of where is Gorgias standing

You lead by exemplarity: you take vacation and days off. You don't send emails or Slack messages during late or unreasonable hours.
