This doc aims to share a clear and illustrated vision of what we expect from a Manager at Gorgias. We want to rely on these guidelines when:

• we hire Managers to make sure they match our expectations
• we promote Managers so that they adopt the right behavior

What is a Manager at Gorgias?

Being a manager is not an additional responsibility, not something you do on top of your IC work, it's a full-time dedicated role.
